We have recently been made aware of attempts by fraudsters to defraud people using the Shieldpay name by requesting payments via WhatsApp.
SPG, Shieldpay and Paycast will never contact you via WhatsApp to request payments or request any personal information .
If you think you have been a victim of a scam by fraudsters using the Shieldpay name you can let us know at: fraud_reporting@spg.co.uk but you are strongly advised to report it to the Police via Action Fraud.
